This fabulous Barbados restaurant started life as a rum shop. Its kept that laid-back vibe, and theres still plenty of rum on offer today. Check out the local lobster (when in season), the locally caught marlin, or our personal favourite, the grilled red snapper.

Café Bar Carizma opens every day from 8am for a proper Caribbean breakfast right in the middle of the Chattel Village. You’re surrounded by tropical gardens and boutiques, so this is a great spot for lunch or just a coffee and a slice of cake in between shopping sessions. There are also tapas evenings which include live acoustic music (Thursday evenings during the summer months and also on Tuesday evenings during high season).
