This Antigua beach offers so much more than salt, sand and sea. Try a spot of lunch at the Warri Pier beach restaurant located right on top of the water or take a walk along the coastline towards Bush Bay in the north for endless ocean views. Nearby Marina Bay also offers a host of shops and restaurants.

Heading to Antigua? One of the first things you'll hear is that a visit to Shirley Heights is a must. With the most famous view on the island, on a clear day you'll be able to see all the way to Guadeloupe in the south and Montserrat's volcano in the south west from its peak. Also not to be missed is the Shirley Heights party held every Sunday where crowds converge from 4pm at the summit to watch the sunset as the steel band plays.

This tiny, solo chapel sits silently atop a hill on Aruba. Originally constructed in 1750, today it continues to stand tall and whilst seemingly lonely in the open expanse, you can bet your bottom dollar you wont be the only tourist here. We recommend you visit early to experience the site in all its empty magic.

Formed naturally out of coral limestone over thousands of years to create a natural arch, sadly the larger Natural Bridge in Aruba collapsed in 2005. Today, however, the smaller bridge remains standing at the edge of the sea. Take the scenic drive to the location on the more remote, eastern side of Aruba for some stunning scenery along the way.

The Bermuda Aquarium, Natural History Museum & Zoo, also known as BAMZ, offers everything from sea creatures to land mammals within its expanse. Ideal for a half-day visit, the highlight has to be the North Rock Exhibit, a 140,000-gallon tank that replicates a coral reef as it is washed by the ocean surge from Bermudas north shore.

Welcoming thousands of visitors each year, Dunn's River Falls and Park is one of the very few travertine waterfalls in the world that empties directly into the sea. Whilst trivia buffs might recognise this spot from James Bonds Dr. No, today it is best known for its photographic beauty. If you're feeling daring you can even climb the falls with a local guide.

Known for its traditional-style rafting, Martha Brae River in Jamaica offers an authentic local experience. Don't mistake this for white water rafting, here you can expect to float down a stretch of turquoise water that winds through Jamaica's tropical inland rainforests on a traditional bamboo raft. A great activity for nature buffs.

Simply a must-see whilst in Jamaica, Rose Hall Great House is a Georgian style mansion dating back to the 1770s. The mansions architecture and panoramic view of the coast make this a sight not to be missed. Keep your eyes peeled for The White Witch of Rose Hall, even today, there are those who claim to see Annee passing through the halls.

Named by Princess Margaret in 1962, whilst certainly not your typical pool, Nylon Pool is a sight to behold. Located in the sea off Pigeon Point in Tobago, this shallow white ground coral section of the ocean is a natural phenomenon. Being merely a metre deep, step in its waters and you're said to be granted everlasting youth.

Known for its easy access to shore, the Bight Reef is located just 100 metres off the shore of Grace Bay Beach making it ideal for both adults and children. The trail is clearly marked by ropes the entire way out to ensure you don't get lost. Once there you can expect to see a broad range of tropical fish and you might even spot a barracuda.

Chalk Sound is a truly iconic sight to witness. This startlingly turquoise lagoon is literally studded with tiny rocky islands that shelter Turks and Caicos. Youll be best to arrive via hire car but ensure its an SUV as there is some off-roading involved. Also take note, no powered watersports are allowed here, but it makes the perfect spot to kayak or paddleboard in the company of barracuda, stingrays and lemon sharks.
